Domestic Orders:

Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days at Nini Designs and shipped using your preferred method. Pre-orders usually ship in 4-6 weeks. Ground shipments are sent via UPS, taking approximately 3-5 business days in transit after processing. Expedited orders are usually processed within one business day if placed by 12 PM PST. Please note that orders are in transit on business days only. Processing times may be extended during sales or promotions based on our capacity to manage the current order volume. While we strive to maintain stock levels, high demand may lead to items being purchased on backorder, causing potential delays.

International Orders:

NINI ships internationally. Orders typically are processed within 1-3 business days, and ships out using your preferred shipping method from the options given. International orders are subject to duties and taxes, determined by the destination country. NINI is not responsible for any costumes fees or duties incurred on international shipments, as these are the recipients responsibility to pay. Be aware that transit times may vary due to customs delays.

Tax:

We do not collect sales tax on orders outside the state of California. California orders are subject to a 7.5% sales tax.
