Return Policy:

At NINI, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. Our return policy allows for returns of items in their original condition, tags, and packaging within 30 days from the original order date for a full refund. Please note that NINI also offers exchanges. Ensure items are exchanged or returned with NINI tags attached.

For international purchases, unfortunately, we do not currently accept exchanges or returns.

Sale items are considered final, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Return Labels:

A Restocking fee will be applicable for returns, covering the cost of return labels and additional shipping charges.

Order Processing and Shipping:

Domestic orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Pre-orders may take 4-6 weeks to ship. We offer ground shipments.

Discount Codes and Promotions:

Discount and promotional codes cannot be combined and are not valid on sale items or third-party items. Products purchased with discount codes are considered final sale.

Handling Fee:

All returns for store credit are subject to a restocking fee per order, covering return labels and additional charges.

Restrictions:

Sale and third-party items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. No price adjustments on sale items. International purchases are not eligible for returns at this time.
